This is a custom-designed dress utilizing a gorgeous, competition quality, "3-J Designs" body suit. The main tank-styled bodice is a plush black velvet with a red metallic foil upper chest. A strip of the same fabric appears across the middle adding extra sparkle and shine. The full flowing skirt features a red metallic stretch fabric trimmed in black threading leaving a unique ripple effect at the hemline. A matching red metallic hair scrunchie is included. Sized as a medium-large.
